Refund Policy

SupportKit AI is delivered as complete source code, immediately after purchase. Code can't be "returned", so all sales are final.

Payments and refunds are handled by Gumroad

The Software is sold through Gumroad, which is the Merchant of Record for every order. Any question about a payment, an invoice, a duplicate charge, a missing download link or a refund is handled by Gumroad support under its own terms. Include your order number and the e-mail address you used to buy.

Statutory right of withdrawal

This section applies to customers in countries whose law gives consumers a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation for online purchases (such as the EU and the UK). The Software is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download link has been provided, to the extent your local law allows this. This does not affect your rights if the Software is faulty or not as described.

For customers everywhere else, the rule above applies: all sales are final.

If a refund is issued

If Gumroad issues a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. When you receive a refund, your licence ends and you must delete the Software.
