This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website or buy SupportKit AI. The data controller is the seller of SupportKit AI, as shown on the Gumroad store and on your order receipt.

1. Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. When you click a Buy button, you go to Gumroad; from that moment Gumroad's own scripts and privacy policy apply. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability, for a limited time.

2. Buying the Software

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. Gumroad collects the details needed for the order (such as your name, e-mail address, billing country and payment details) and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details. Gumroad shares with us the order information we need to deliver the product and issue licences, such as your name, e-mail address, the product you bought and the order date.

3. Why we process data (legal bases)

• To deliver your purchase: performance of a contract.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law: legal obligation.
• To keep this website secure: our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. The Software you buy

SupportKit AI runs on your own servers. We receive no data from the apps you build with it. You are the controller of your own users' data, and you should publish your own privacy policy for those apps.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
